  I have been a client of Cynthia Torres-Roman Allstate Insurance for almost 10 years and this agency has been the most hands on and caring insurance company I ever been with. Anytime I have needed assistance with my Auto and Home insurance they have immediately taken steps to solve my needs. All the staff are polite and friendly and really make you feel they care for all their clients. I would and have recommended Cynthia Torres-Roman Allstate Insurance to my family and friends.

  NIVIA had been my agent for years never been rude or in any way untrained. Some people in this review BELIEVE she has authority in the DMV to give or take away driver licence in the State of Florida. No she can't an agent not have power or authority over in the DMV you are talking NONSENSE. Insurance agents only insure you and your vehicle and give u the tranquility that if anything happens you are cover. YOUR DRIVER LICENCE was revoked because UUUUU TAKE THE DESITION TO DONT PAY INSURANCE then DMV sees u have NOT coverage tru their computer at the DMV and Revoked. YOU have NOT insurance basically U ARE A RISK TO OTHER DRIVERS THEN TAKE IT AWAY. In conclusion STOP Blaming other people and see what u do. She always answers my questions I can be in the phone with her asking and asking and she always have an answer nice , sweet and knowledgeable always. Thanks NIVIA don't ever change . I recommend NIVIA to anyone that needs to understand how insurance work and NO she don't put the price neither its the company she is an agent ready to answer all the questions u need to know about the complicated world of insurance.

  The agent collects the $ and after that you get these surveys to rate them because he or she are your agent about once a year. This is a waste of my time.
