This is the worst cricket store . The lady working there doesn’t speak English plus is not reliable to help anybody because simply she doesn’t want to work . I went there because my phone was disconnected even when I paid my full bill and easy she said can’t help me . The manager name Benjamin even more worst he said when you pay your bill online they can’t help The client in store “. Really ? None of those employees are doing nothing to at least give a good answer to Clients. Cricket customer service 0. Plus when you call customer service they don’t have any live representative on Sundays . 😡

When I surprisingly brough my husband into this location for an well over due upgrade. Yari had alot of patience with us while remaining super professional. The entire visit was a pleasure, including the music.
