  I came into cricket in December looking for the 14 pro max and it was not available my number was jotted down and I was told that I was going to be called as soon it was available !!! To be honest I didn’t think they would but Jessi did surprise me and called me as soon as it became available.. her customer service was outstanding and she was ver knowledgeable on the device and going thru progressive leasing . She answered all of my questions and concerns and made my overall experience so pleasurable that I will continue to be a long term customer thank you jessi and the team at Holden

  Jessi was awesome! Quick, friendly and professional service from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the various plans and helped me picked exactly the right plan that met my needs. I would definitely recommend this Cricket Wireless location and ask for Jessi!
