  This BlueFigUSA retailer pretty much ignored me. I turned on an app to translate her voice to text, since I can't hear, and she kept tuning it off. She told me to call 611 which I attempted to do but they hung up on me I have had similar problems with BlueFigUSA in Sanford. Cricket needs to fire them and get someone who can do the job.

  Overcharged me for a service then didn't put it on my phone. Paid for hotspot but it was never activated. Now my phone doesn't get calls on Wi-Fi and it won't let me set up my Wi-Fi calling. Employee looked high as gas on something way stronger than weed and judging by the people waiting outside that came in when I left they were picking up or selling something other than phones. Don't go to this location.
