  This BlueFigUSA retailer pretty much ignored me. I turned on an app to translate her voice to text, since I can't hear, and she kept tuning it off. She told me to call 611 which I attempted to do but they hung up on me I have had similar problems with BlueFivUSA in Sanford. Rickey needs to fire them and get someone who can do the job.

  The staff was great. They were very welcoming. They put on a movie for my kids and help me with what I needed
