  Worst experience of my life I will never set foot on this store ever again I love citi trends but this location is banned 🚫 In my book very unprofessional hard to communicate attitudes for no reason I'm a heavy spender in citi trend very big supporter but this place just made me not want to spend at all had to get out of there

  I wish there was a way to give you zero star,becoz you dont even deserved half a star. I had a very unpleasant experience at Citi Trends today. The store closes at 7 PM, and I walked in at 6:50 PM—well before closing time. As soon as I entered, the cashier loudly shouted “we are closed,” which was both inaccurate and extremely rude. When I calmly pointed out that it wasn’t even 7 PM yet, she proceeded to call another employee to lock the door behind me. I was not shopping around aimlessly—I simply wanted to quickly check for a pair of purple scrub pants for work the next day. I was in and out by 6:53 PM. There was no reason for that level of hostility or poor customer service. If your posted hours say 7 PM, customers should be able to shop until then without being rushed, embarrassed, or treated like an inconvenience. Very unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated at this location. Its seems like she was the manager for that store she was the cashier. Corporate i would appreciate it if you would please address this matter i,m a regular shopper at your store, Thank you
