  Beware before booking. At 11 PM, the hotel called our room about a water leak and wanted to send maintenance in while we were already in bed. Then at 8 AM, they called again, woke us up, and told us we had to pack everything and move rooms. That began a ridiculous series of FOUR room moves. One replacement room had a fire alarm continuously chirping, and another had no working air conditioning—in Orlando in August. We were then promised a suite, waited for it, and were later told there was no suite available. We ultimately ended up moving yet again into the same room type. We had specifically planned to sleep in because we’re attending Halloween Horror Nights until 2 AM, but instead spent our morning exhausted, in pajamas, hauling luggage from room to room. They offered complimentary breakfast, but that hardly makes up for this level of disruption. Four room moves, repeated sleep disruptions, and a promised upgrade that disappeared. I would not stay here again.

  The front desk clerk Ivo was an absolute legend. He helped us out so much and was an amazing dude. The rooms were pretty decent but in the middle of the night at around 4am it sounded like someone was using a pressure washer or something I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Then at about 9am I woke up to someone drilling into a wall right below us or next door. I could feel the walls vibrating. Overall a decent stay but had a few things that bothered me.

Outstanding service from Ivo! A special thank you to Ivo, who made our check-in experience genuinely excellent. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and even took the time to help us plan our evening in Orlando, giving us great suggestions and making us feel immediately welcome. While the hotel itself feels a little dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation and attention to the finishes, the quality of the staff makes a real difference. Ivo is a perfect example of outstanding hospitality: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Ivo, for such a warm welcome and for starting our Orlando experience on such a positive note!

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was lovely, everything was well taken care of, and the service made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ivo, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. Always available and attentive, he made everything easy and pleasant with his positive attitude and genuine kindness. It was a real pleasure meeting him, and we truly appreciated his help and hospitality. Highly recommended!

  Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luciana, and at checkout, I was lucky enough to see Jherusa again. Luciana was absolutely incredible and paid attention to every little detail. I had a small issue with my reservation when trying to pay with points, but she was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She never rushed me or made me feel pressured. Instead, she took the time to support me, helped me contact customer support, and even made sure I had a room with what she felt was the best view of the hotel. At checkout, I also had the pleasure of seeing Jerusa, who has been managing the hotel for years. She has always been such a kind, genuine, friendly, and wonderful person. It was great to see her again. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as well. Luciana and Jherusa, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. You guys are the best! I truly appreciate the care and hospitality. ❤️
