  Ileana Lopez was a phenomenal allstate agent that helped me and my wife, to lower our auto policy insurance, She was super helpful in explaining all of the options and made it easy to make adjustments to see what the net effect would be on the premium. She was so friendly, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the entire phone call, I would say one of the most exceptional phone calls I’ve ever had with an agent and excided our expectation,10/10 would recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Polette Myers in Amy Rossi's office. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She got me good rates and better coverage, and got things done and completed quickly by following up with all parties - myself, the mortgage company and current insurance company. I strongly recommend her service.

  Mayra was amazing! I failed to update my insurance in a timely manner after buying a new vehicle. Mayra patiently walked through the process and even sent the electronic confirmation to FLHSMV to be sure my insurance record was updated the same day. She was very kind and worked efficiently even though it was my fault for not updating earlier. You are fortunate to have an employee who delivers such great service!
