  I ordered a part, confirmed it was at this location, drive 30 minutes to get the part and the older short guy working there says they dont have the part. That was AFTER the lady that was working with him tried to just hand me a part that wasn't even mine. Sad, terrible service. On top of that, I had a 2nd part that I ordered and when they gave it to me I double checked (thankfully before leaving) and it was the wrong model for my vehicle. Then the guy acted like he couldn't speak. Everybody doesn't need a job. Hire people who actually care and can do what they're paid to do.

  You're better off going to O'REILLYs #1 I went looking for a windshield wiper, I had two types of wipers and I wanted to match the one I have on passenger side. #2 when I went to the counter and told sales guy what I wanted, not only did he the try to sell me the wrong size he also tried to up sell and get me to buy two wipers because thst was the only way to get a matching set. The sales guy acted like I inconvenienced him when i asked him to go outside and look at the wipers. He gave some BS look and again tried to up sell the wipers. So I left. Not only did O Riley have the part before I finished paying for thr wipers the sales guy installed the wiper b for me. NEVER GO TO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS RUDE PEOPLE

  Pretty upset after purchasing a car battery here (over $200) because my girlfriends Subaru broke down, bought a battery, and then again breaks down after 3 months. Dealership told me the battery was good but didnt have enough amps. I tried to return it to Advance Auto parts on Mccoy as it still works fine, they tested it but said they cant do anything for me because it works. No store credit, no return, just a "sorry theres nothing we can do..." Basically lost out on $240. I will never shop here again.

  El peor servicio de toda la ciudad, si vas un domingo no quieren ni buscar la pieza que les pides por pereza y seguir hablando, el muchacho me dijo que el no era mecánico por pedirle información sobre un vehículo
