  Let me tell you all something! I broke down and luckily I was but one block away from this Auto Parts Store. Anna I have to state is by far the friendly, most insightful and customer oriented person I have ever dealt with at any parts store and I have been to many. If you go there ask for her because she is very caring and will help you in the best way she can. Very very nice person that goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of in the best way. I just had to post this and I seldom do reviews but she deserves the kudos and upper management should should highlight her. Thank you for making our very stressful breakdown into an awesome blessing. You are A-1 Awesome Anna!

  Luis was very helpful after running the test on batter and, even though, the machine said my battery was good, he listened to my concerns about what was going on with my car. He then tried to charge the battery for me and discovered it wouldn’t take a charge. He replaced my battery in the hot sun. I would recommend this location because of Luis.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I purchased brake pads from another Advance Auto Parts store and came here simply to return them because the original store made a mistake with the charge. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff refused the return, would not even call the Leesburg store to verify the mistake, and treated me very disrespectfully. I was basically accused of doing something wrong when the issue was clearly caused by the original store. Because of their refusal, I was forced to purchase the same item again and leave with the original one, causing unnecessary stress and extra charges on my credit card. Customer service should be about helping customers solve problems, not making them worse. Very unprofessional experience, and I expected much better from Advance Auto Parts.

  Came to store while they had 8 minutes to close. Buddy closed door in my face and said "systems shut down for night". Had walked in for a simple online pick up too. Dont say you close at 9pm and have "systems shut off", and kicking people out by 8:52. EDIT - Walked in the next day and was just showered woth professional and excellent customer service. Completely melted the frustration of the prior experience.
