  Marcus, Adam, and Kayla were the absolute best and most helpful. They ensured my car was fixed and up and running. Adam took care of my battery issues. This is the best customer service experience I have had.

  My check engine light came on while on the highway. I stopped at a shop just to ask them to run the code. They wouldn't unless I paid $90! I came to this Advance Auto Parts and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Adam. Not only was he friendly and courteous, he actually explained things to me and was encouraging of me. I cannot thank this individual enough for being a shining light on what was starting to be a bad day.

  Last Friday my battery was dead and I had to walk a mile to get the replacement at Advanced. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I had every I needed and even let me borrow a cart to walk everything back. Extremely grateful for his help and expertise!

  My car wouldn't start so my husband jumped it and I took it to this Advance Auto Parts on Michigan. Adam checked my battery, said it was dead, helped me pick out a new one and then installed it! When he pulled out the old one it was all swollen and leaking acid! Shout out to Adam for being both helpful and friendly. This is my go to auto shop from now on!

  went in to check a battery a recently bought at this location DeMouis helped and figured out it was bad and started a replacement. Unfortunately their computer system was messed up - so DeMouis and Travis called the store manager Adam who came in on his day off (a holiday as well) to help get it all situated. Soon after DeMouis had my warranty battery changed out and I was on my way. Appreciate all the effort they made and Adam coming in to get it fixed on his day off. Great customer service. I accidentally left a review for the colonial location and while I’m sure they are great too, this location on Michigan by fern creek really went above and beyond.
