  I stopped in for new wiper blades. Travis was very helpful and recommended the warranty. He even put the wiper blades on my car. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend you stop in for your auto needs. Travis will take good care of you.

  Adam was super helpful with helping me find the warranty on my alternator and helping me get a new one. In previous occurrences he has been super helpful too and I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help people.

  Zach was super professional and helpful. I came in for cabin filter change, ac filter and blade change. He offered to help me and he noticed my battery terminal la wire in bad condition he cleaned them and then proceeded to check my fluids and then taught me to check my hoses. He is an angel! God bless him!!! Keeper.

  If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! I am incredibly grateful for the assistance I received at the Advance Auto Parts location on 1479 E. Michigan St., Orlando, FL, on July 7, 2026, around 9:00 AM. My Infinity car was having issues, and although the part I needed was small, figuring out the problem was much more complicated. I was extremely stressed and nearly got into a car accident on the way to the store. By the time I arrived, I was in a complete panic. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The store manager's manager whose name I unfortunately don't remember, was an angel and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The woman working there was so kind, patient, and helpful. She helped me find what I needed and immediately put me at ease. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help turned what could have been a terrible morning into a much better day. I am so thankful for the outstanding customer service I received and will absolutely be recommending this store to others. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness when I needed it most. ❤️

  Marcus, Adam, and Kayla were the absolute best and most helpful. They ensured my car was fixed and up and running. Adam took care of my battery issues. This is the best customer service experience I have had.
