  Alvaro was very helpful. I told him the wrong part I needed and when I realized, I brought it back. He was starting a return while helping me determine what I actually needed. I ended up keeping both and unprompted he offered to help me install them both. Good prices, quick service, and friendly staff. Thanks guys.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts and would not recommend this store. I came here because I needed several wrenches. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the wrench set I needed, so I had to purchase the wrenches individually. I used most of them, but a few were never used, so a few weeks later I came back to return the unused ones. The employee basically ignored me and kept saying that without a receipt, he couldn’t help me. He called for a manager, but the manager was busy talking with another employee even though there were no other customers in the store. I waited around 30 minutes, and nobody seemed interested in helping me or even trying to look up the transaction. Eventually, I became so frustrated that I left the unused wrenches, worth around $200, at the store and walked out. I understand that stores have return policies, but the biggest problem was the complete lack of effort and customer service. Nobody tried to find the transaction or offer another solution. I have returned items at other auto parts and retail stores before and have never experienced service like this. Extremely disappointing experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this location and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

  I want to give a big huge Thank you to Nirvan and Alvaro I drove all the way from Davenport I work in Orlando my car had a flat so I left my car at 420 am at Advanced auto parts. I left a not and my number so my vehicle doesn't get towed a friend of mine took me to advance auto parts I was going to buy a jack to get my tire out but both Navarro vand Nirvan help me so much guys I can't stop saying thank you God always put angels to help me thank you I was concerned about my car been towed but this two guys didn't need to help me both they both when above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much. God bless.
