  Lady with the blonde hair god bless you, commercial or not people were so busy talking to each other not one person including Mr. manager in the back that kept looking at me, acknowledging your customers and at least saying something is basic customer service I see you’ve trained your employees well to ignore customers. Nothing has changed here. Will not be coming back this time.

  Went in today looking to replace a part I bought yesterday and encountered one of the most unprofessional and nasty people of my entire life ,in the moment i couldn’t catch his name but he had hazel eyes and very fare skin, seem to be puertorican by his accent, he turned me away and said I couldn’t return a part even though my name and phone number is registered with many other car parts i have purchased from this same store before ,the lack of humility and deceit this person has will not get him far in life I can assure that , he very bluntly lied about being the store manager and treated us horribly ,maybe he didn’t like my skin color or the fact that I was a woman seeking for help ,I had to visit two other auto parts for help because of this situation and loose valuable time ,I hope he gets the life he deserves and I hope the hiring manager does a better job at making sure the employees understand customer service as the purpose of their job is to service customers the majority of the day . I also want to point out that all the other employees i have interacted with at this store have been nothing but excellent it is just this person and the people in charge of hiring this person who my review is for.

  Terrible operations. Five customers, seven employees and there was a line to wait 20 minutes. The minute I got up to the cashier, she pointed me to go to another person. I walked off and left my online pickup unfulfilled. Update: They responded to my review faster than the time I spent at the counter. Perhaps, spend time at the counter servicing other customers than responding my review would be well-appreciated.
