Very unprofessional people representing this company. Came to do a return and was turned away because it wasn’t the original store I purchased my item from. Looked online and the return policy says I can return at any store. I went back and the same rep looked upset that I corrected him. Not something people should deal with when doing business.

Thanks to the AGM for answering the phone quickly; less than 30 seconds and answering my question, I think his name was Chris
