  I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at the Advance Auto Parts located at 5440 Clarcona Ocoee Road, Orlando, FL 32810. I came into the store about ten minutes ago because my vehicle’s battery was dead and I needed assistance. I spoke with the store manager, who I believe is named Simon. Instead of listening to my situation, he completely ignored what I was saying and immediately told me that I would have to purchase a new battery before they could even check the existing one. He also stated that if I chose not to buy a battery and turned my vehicle off, and it did not start back up, that would be my responsibility. After leaving the store, I called to confirm whether the person I spoke with was the store manager, and I was informed that he was. However, the sales associate I spoke with apologized for the experience and advised that what I had been told was not the correct company protocol. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I came in looking for help and was treated with indifference and given inaccurate information. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.

  Order ahead and it's great 👍 if you can get someone to get off the phone and pick up your order. It's not rocket science if you cared at all about customer service
