  I stopped by Advance Auto Parts today because my car needed a battery swap, and Carlos went above and beyond. He replaced the battery professionally and noticed that one of the battery terminals was badly corroded. When the loose connection kept my car from starting, he explained what was wrong, helped me get the correct replacement part, and installed it in about 5 minutes. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and I left completely satisfied. Thank you so much, Carlos, for your outstanding customer service and willingness to help. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store!

  I bought a battery and a starter from that place, and returned them the same day I bought them. When I got there the manager said he wouldn't take it, because they don't take electronics parts back, and the manager has no respect for customer, the worst place to buy parts, I hope people stop buying from that store, cause those people thing the can take people money like that, I even call customer’s service, customer service said she needs to accept the return from me she refused it, and say I used them, even I tell her I don’t used them.

  I wish 0 stars was an option. My cousin got an alternator from there years ago and it went out on him so he went to warranty it. Instead of replacing it the team member put it back on a card that he no longer has anymore without even telling him and keeping the old one. Manager and district manager could not fix the problem and my cousin got screwed out of hundreds. Save yourself the headache and go to a real parts store like auto zone or oreillys. Never had an issue like this with one of them. Advance had truly hit the bottom as far as their service and system. Complete scam job

  Called in today wanting to purchase a set of brakes and rotors for my vehicle , when I called in I spoke to a lady who quoted me. I notified her that I would pick them up later in the day. When I arrived to the store I was greeted by William, and thankfully he was the person that serviced me. His customer service was amazing, he was very helpful, and informative. William told me about an amazing deal that ended up saving me a few dollars which the previous lady failed to mention. He ended up helping me take my items to my vehicle and even went out his way to help me install a set of windshield wipers I also purchased. I greatly appreciated his customer service and his assistance.
