Don't waste your time. I was trying to return a tire inflator I bought from another store (an item I used the day of purchase and did not work). According to policy, I can return this at any store and it is a returnable item. Instead of following policy, according to the employee, the manager said only an exchange is accepted which is a lie. If this is what they do to a normal return, why would I go here to buy any item?

Terrible customer service. Wilson was no help. He was very rude, will be following a complaint

I would like to give a shout out to Glen from store number 9579 on Lake Underhill road. He was super friendly and worked quickly to swap the 12v battery in my Prius Prime. Staff don’t usually touch hybrids for some reason. I went back as I had a question about the core and he had already taken care of it. Super friendly still. I would most definitely go bad to this store even though I have ones closer to the house.

The new starter battery for my vehicle was much cheaper here ($270) than at the dealer ($400). Plus they installed it for free. Glen was helpful, professional, and quick. To remove the old battery and install the new one took less than five minutes. I'll continue to come here for my auto parts needs.
