I had the pleasure of working with Josh who had amazing customer service and did a great job with my battery replacement. It was a smooth process overall. I’d highly recommend coming to this location for auto parts.

If I could write a review giving no stars to this particular store I would. 11600 E Colonial Dr. store #9578. Bought a new battery from this location for my daughter’s car who attends UCF and has a job. Put the battery in the car and it started. The next day it didn’t. Twice we had to towed the car to the mechanic because it fail to start. Paid over $800 to find the problem, which at the end was the new $229 battery I bought less than a week ago. I take the battery back, they put it on the battery reader and it showed as a faulty battery. Manufacturer date was June 2025. Michelle refused to give me a refund after being very rude. Yes, I did have the receipt. All she had for answers on why she wouldn’t, were shoulder shrugs. She called the general manager (Cassie) who you think would try to resolve the matter. Nope, she’s screaming that I didn’t get the battery from them because she doesn’t keep batteries on the shelves over 6months. Well ya did. If she was there she would have seen that the battery wasn’t in any car for almost a year. They call the police to trespass me instead of standing by the defective car battery they sold me. I called customer care and the District Manager called me the same day giving me a full refund. Parents be careful who your kids do business with, everyone doesn’t have common sense or integrity.

Kathy is the on best!. She knows all the regular customers and is always there to help. I had a issue with another store not wanting to honor my warranty. I called Kathy and she had the issue solved by the time my husband got back to the store. Thanks Kathy for being the MVP!
