  We sent in a paperwork a week ago May 11 to be exact and I wanted to track the package but when I checked the receipt, the person assigned that day encircled the tracking number as usual but the last 4digits was encircled with the pen .And now I can't figure out what number I can put in tracker ,I tried to guess but it says invalid number so disappointing. Next time when you encircle the tracking number please don't include the numbers itself!!!.

  Shitty experience multiple times im unable to get the service the company is supposed to provide and every team member working there looks like they hate working there. Especially when they say they get off in 15 minutes so cant help.

  I normally don’t come on this side of town except for my daughter’s cheer practice. Decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and do a drop off of equipment. I walked in and as soon as I walked in the lady had so much to say in a low tone. it was only 2 people working at the time it was a good 3minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The young man came and assisted first then went to help an older lady with big boxes I wasn’t upset about that because he was being a gentleman. When the older female worker stepped in to assist her attitude was rude from jump. She acted like she was so irritated and that the equipment that I brought in to be shipped was such a bother. She was tossing the equipment on the back counter and telling the young man the next crew would have to pack it and just complaining. She gives me my receipt and waits till I get by the front door to do more complaining and bad talking. Next time I’ll definitely just wait till I’m back on my side of town and corporate was called for a complaint.
