  I was very nervous going to the UPS store to have a very important legal document notarized. I was afraid the UPS agent wouldn’t know what he was doing. I walked in, laid the paperwork on the counter, and Ethan San Pablo picked it up, read it, checked my ID, watched me sign and date the form, Ethan signed and dated it, put his notary stamp in place, pulled out a receipt book that apparently UPS keeps of what was notarized where & when, collected my payment, gave me my receipt, and sent me on my merry way. No hesitation… just competence from beginning to end. I will never doubt UPS notary public services again!

  Great for Amazon returns and most of the young staff members are very nice, but be careful with anything else. Quoted over $500 more in-store for Next Day Air on a package that cost $299 for the identical service when I purchased postage myself on ups.com — same box, same weight, same day. Check the ups.com rate yourself before accepting a quote here.

  Printed a label that was sent by amazon, and amazon indicated that it must be send to ups. went to this ups store and the moment I entered, the young guy said "its fedex label, we dont accept that" I understand that I did not read the label, but it was sent by amazon so I did pay attention as much when I went. And I was carrying a heavy return, and no help was given. Went to another ups store and they gladly accepted the return and printed the label for me. Please do better on your customer service whoever that young man is at the front.

  I personally had a great experience at this store. When I showed up with my two packages the one employee opened the door for me and guided me to another employee that helped me ship them. They both were pleasant and helpful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
