  I’ve intentionally avoided this place since moving here, but this past Saturday I needed a closer option to drop off a 2 day package. The female working there that day (the 25th) was extremely rude and had the audacity to ask me “what’s in the boxes”. She asked in an extremely cold, condescending tone. No one should ask that question so brazenly and no one has ever asked me that question before. Being a former employee of FedEx myself this is totally unacceptable. It’s one thing to politely ask if a package has batteries or hazardous materials inside of it. It’s entirely another to say flatly “tell me what’s in your box!” I will never go back there again. Which is frustrating, because the location of the FedEx is very convenient. Go to Mailboxes and More right down the street. She’s amazing at her job! And, will take great care of your packages. The only thing is FedEx doesn’t pick up from there on the weekend and I needed that 2 Day package to get moving. If I’m in that situation again I’ll drive across the bridge to San Jose to the FedEx near Whole Foods. They’ve always been good to me also.

  Love how convenient it was. In and out in less than 5min. Inside Walmart! The lady, wish I got her name was happy to help!

  This location is the absolute best! The ladies took more time to assist to get package where it needed to be in the time frame needed than any office or shipping service I have ever used! I would have given more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you very much for making it so easy and it is greatly appreciated!
