  Been fighting with 3 different stores and a call center all day about cancling my entire service. So go in store to hopefully receive more luck and the place is a mess. A dirty tore up bike parked by the front door, the entire store reeks of nail polish remover. And the best advice I received about closing my account was to simply "not pay my bill if I dont want it". Awful customer experience across all platforms
