  Called about a CV axle boot, put on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up. Called back and they said they were still looking for the part!! Horrible service.

  Went to the location in middleburg with a bad battery, they didn't have a replacement in stock and said I could come here and get a replacement as they did have it in stock. Drove here to be told even though the battery is bad they would have to have it on a trickle charger for 24 hours to make sure it's bad, even though the middleburg store was ready to replace it, they just didn't have it in stock. I will not be going back to this store, I just got home after being gone for 6 months and I need my truck as I am replacing my floor, and need it to pick up plywood and flooring. I bought the battery with the the 3 year warranty for situations like this and in my opinion it's unacceptable that I get refused service at all.i took the battery back to middleburg and they will have in the morning for me. That is what I consider customer service, and if the owner of this store cares at all they should read this and think about their management. If it also happens to be the same owner if the middleburg store, they definitely deserve a raise. Parts store should help customers and not make whatever they are fixing more difficult.

  Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, had the part I needed in stock, (the first place I went didn't ), and the man who helped me was very nice and didn't talk down to me just because I am a woman. I was in and out in a flash. I'll make the extra drive just to come to this store in the future.
