  I needed some parts for my kia k5. A young man named Robert, was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with helping me decide which items I needed. What a great experience. Will be going here for all my automotive needs. Thanks Robert!

  Extremely unhelpful employees. I had to greet them when I walked in cause he looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be in the store. Asked for a new battery and the mechanic behind the register had a bad attitude. He came out to install the battery and the car didn’t even start. I asked them to test the battery and they tested it and said that because the battery test good they were gonna back out of the situation. I asked them if they could test the connections on the battery and I got told that they tested the whole thing somehow when they tested the battery even though that wasn’t true. Don’t come here, you’re money is best spent elsewhere. Edit: When I originally asked for a battery test it took three employees to find the original person and I had to wait for them to get out of the bathroom instead of just having another mechanic test the battery. The store was empty.

  Advanced auto parts always beats the competition. This store has the best customer service and best prices on this side of town. The crew here is full of good energy.

  I went in the store to get a sunshade for my new car. there were no other customers. Bob walked over to the sunshades to look for the one that would fit my car. I paid and took the sunshade out but it did not fit. I came back in and asked about help. Bob then offered to measure my windshield. I asked if he could have done it at first. Bob got an attitude. I asked for a manager to just return sunshade and get a refund. Linda was nice and understanding. While I was explaining what happened Bob interrupted with a comment and I quote "Its not my car to know what size is needed". I asked Bob what is job and why is he here if not to know or help the customer. Awful customer service.
