I go in the morning and the woman that works the day shift is super nice and the food is fresh.

Ordered online two 6inch subs and one footlong flatbread. I picked up my order 10min after my expected time to be ready, my sub was toasted and was still very warm. I drove back home and the two 6inch subs were fine, however, when I opened my flatbread the outside of the bread was soaked with what I am assuming was water (no smell). I had asked for extra black pepper and I got extra black olives 🙄 the sub was so soggy I lost my appetite and drove back to the store. I asked for a refund and the girl who was working there (by herself) said there was nothing she could do. Then proceeded to tell me with attitude that if I had picked it up on time then it wouldn’t have been wet because that’s what happens with sauces on it. I told her that I got chipotle only and the outside of the bread was soggy from what is probably water. She told me that her assistant manager was there when she made the order but was no longer there. I told her that I just want a refund. She told me she was going to call her to see what to do. After coming back she muttered it will be a moment. Then proceeded to take orders from ongoing customers. My order was ready at 1:35, I picked it up at 1:45, return to the store at 2:10, at 2:15, she got off the phone with her manager, I did not leave the store until 2:55. When the manager got there she was talking to the girl and looked super annoyed, when I walked up from sitting at the table I overheard the girl saying “yes, just the turkey sub. She just kept staring at me” then looked up, saw me, and then went to help another customer. The manager handed me the money and said have a good day. I was on the phone most of the time waiting, so yeah once in a while I did look up to see if she was going to check in with me or when every time someone walked through the door because I was waiting. One of the worst experiences at Subway I’ve ever had. I’ve worked there for 5 1/2 years in my 20s and I would’ve never treated a customer that way. These are the photos from my sub after I opened it when I got home. Tell me if you would eat it or would want another one that this girl made.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff and great customer service. This Subway is clearly well-managed.
If you're looking to eat at Subway, this is the location to come to. I had the good fortune to be helped by Amanda when I came in, and she is the reason for this review. I have a particular way I like my sandwich, and she listened to what I was saying and made it perfect! Let me tell you, I have gone to several other locations where this seemed to be impossible. For my second sub I needed slightly different toppings on each portion, and she was so kind as to wrap and label each side individually . Friendly, courteous service and a well made sub? This is as good as subway gets.

I always go out of my way to get my sub from this location. I visit this store multiple times a week. The staff knows my name and remembers my order. How awesome is that. Super clean and always stocked up. The crew at this location (not located inside the Walmart) are awesome! Always engaging in conversation and being kind to the customers :) I’m
