  This store is run well. The employees are professional, courteous. Frank the stores manager is awesome, very knowledgeable and has a great customer service attitude. He’s always willing to help and do the job! I really try to shop here exclusively, The online ordering is convenient and usually has all I need. Shopping at this store is always a pleasure! Great service and great customer support.

  The worst customer service ever. I had a warranty issue they kept hanging up the phone on me and would help in any way possible. I won't buy any more from any advance auto ever again. My normal location is in Deltona never had a issue with them this place seems to be the issue. I did it All Advance Auto places just yours.

  I want to give recognition to Jeffrey and Jenna for making my experience amazing. I was in a very scary situation and they not only took the time to calm me down but also helped me decide what I should do/buy. They allowed my car to stay for the weekend since my car was not going to be drivable without new car parts and even allowed us to fix it in their parking lot. What they did for me that day/weekend truly meant a lot to me and I wish them well. I sincerely appreciate them and hope they get the recognition they deserve (and a raise!!!!) Thank you both again.
