System Failed at Every Step - Package Lost
I used this location to ship a package in October. FedEx's online system let me enter a P.O. Box address, process payment, and print a shipping label without any warning that FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When I dropped the package off at this location, staff accepted it without issue or any notice about the address problem.
The package never delivered and showed a delivery exception. I immediately called and requested a return to sender. Instead of returning it, FedEx held the package, incorrectly flagged it as a "security risk," and ultimately lost it in their own facility during the return process.
After 6+ weeks of phone calls and contradictory information from different representatives, FedEx offered minimal compensation.
If your system can't deliver to an address, it should reject it at checkout - not take payment, print a label, accept the package, hold it for weeks, flag it incorrectly, and then lose it.
Other shippers won't let you complete checkout with an invalid address. FedEx's system is broken from the start, and their handling made everything worse. Would not recommend using this location or FedEx in general for anything important.
