  I can't say enough wonderful things about manager Melissa. She went above and beyond to help my elderly dad with his phone purchase. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for him to understand, answered all of his questions, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident with his new phone before leaving. Melissa's professionalism and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who treats people with such respect, compassion, and dedication. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful experience became an enjoyable one. We are so grateful for her exceptional customer service and highly recommend working with Melissa.

  The females they have working there are very rude. I will never come back into this store again. I'll conduct all my business online or in a different city. I will never step foot back in the old town store with how they operate and treat the community who uses their services.

  I asked for a Samsung S series phone & was told they don't make them, anymore. This manager will say anything to make a sale. She could have said, "We don't have them, " or, "I could get you one, " or, "We have these, instead. " She didn't. She lied. They also insisted on setting up the phone for me, & I not only spent the better part of a day removing all the bloat that had been put in but already had gone through 1.5g of data, when I opened up Settings.
