  Exceptional Service, Thank You, Nick! A huge shoutout to Nick at The UPS Store 7124 in Odessa FL for going above and beyond today! I was running out of time and needed to print menus for my husband’s birthday celebration today. Even though it was close to closing time and Nick was pressed for time, he still took the extra time to make sure everything was printed and carefully cut for me. That small act of kindness and exceptional customer service made my day less stressful and helped make my husband’s celebration extra special. It truly meant more than he probably realized. Kudos to you, Nick! Thank you for your patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile.   I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the employees for their outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions. What impressed me the most was how patient the employees were. They took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly. Whenever I had a question or was unsure about something, they were happy to help instead of making me feel rushed. They guided me through the process step by step and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The employees also went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Sometimes shipping, printing, or other store services can be confusing, especially when you are not familiar with all the steps involved. The staff made the entire experience much easier for me. They were knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I especially appreciated their attitude toward customers. They were polite and friendly throughout my visit, and I never felt like I was bothering them when I needed assistance. Their professionalism really stood out. It is clear that they care about providing good service and making sure customers leave satisfied. I have been to other businesses where employees seem rushed or uninterested in helping, so having employees who genuinely take the time to assist customers makes a huge difference. The staff at this location made me feel like my questions and concerns mattered. They were willing to explain things more than once when necessary and made sure I had everything I needed. Another thing I appreciated was how efficiently they handled everything while still providing personal attention. They were able to keep things moving without sacrificing the quality of their customer service. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the store was very positive. I believe employees are one of the biggest reasons customers decide whether they want to return to a business. Based on my experience, the employees at this UPS Store are a major reason I would gladly come back.   Hats off to Ansh for an exceptional visit! He was welcoming, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. The whole process was efficient too. Will definitely be back in the future just for him.

  Person that helped me at front service desk was not friendly at all. Came in around 5:30 on 8/3. First station on the far left. Very cold and said barely anything. Will not be returning to this UPS.
