  Alex is amazing!! I just had surgery so I couldn’t get out of the car and my husband is on disability so he can’t lift anything heavy. He had no choice but to carry a large Amazon box into the store. Alex saw him from inside, and came to open the door for him. That alone is unheard of in our world today. It’s nice to know that there are still awesome people in this world .. it’s the little things .. Give Alex a raise !! He deserves it

  Very rude and disrespectful employee. Was very dismissive and did not allow me to explain an issue instead was rushing through the conversation. When I suggested he slowed down, his response was that “is what you think” I responded well it looks like you know it all, he responded “ and you don’t “ This person needs training or another type of job where he does not have contact with people.

  The customer service at this location is A+ and that’s why I keep coming back for anything related to printing, shipping, notary services… This guy named Alex is always smiling and he’s very kind and patient with customers.

  Returning Amazon items here is always quick and easy. The lines move fast, and the customer service is consistently great. Alex is especially amazing — he’s always patient, kind, and so helpful when I’m struggling with the technology part of returns. He’s honestly the reason I keep coming back to this UPS Store location on Maguire Road in Ocoee no matter where I am. Great customer service like that is hard to find!
