My experience at this store was great! Nimesh Patel was very professional and was able to help me get some documents notarized. Thank you for providing great service. I would go back to this store 100x over because of the positive experience.

Went to return a package to Amazon. He asked for the phone case i was returning. Older gentleman and he just packed it up. Asked me to email him the return label and he had it all processed within 5 minutes LOL Amazon texted me literally a minute after and said the return processed. Location is VERY clean, the two guys there are super nice and super welcoming. Will be coming back for all of my returns to this UPS only.

Went in to ship out a phone and walked out feeling like family lol This store is well organized, clean, and the owner and worker that assisted us were both so incredibly accommodating and kind. Having this location so close is also so convenient! I'm very glad to have them as part of our community and will continue to support the Ocoee UPS store. I feel very welcome there!

So glad and appreciate this location opened up near me! Love this location! Always greeted with a "hello" and a smile as well as a "thank you for coming in." From the management, owner, as well as the young man assisting at the counter, this location and staff is the best, helpful and always offering to help! Wishing them much success and prosperity!
