  I walked into said restaurant at 9pm and walked to the order area. The sub counter looked like it was closed as the sneeze guards were down despite the store being open. There was no one at the front of the store when I came in nor did anyone make any attempt to greet me as I came in. I stood at the order area hearing a voice in the back talking. I stood in sight of the back and waited a few for someone to come to no avail so finally I said excuse me but can I get some food. An older black gentleman with a mustache and tag on his hat saying Hollywood came out saying rudely he could not hear the door and asked what do you want. no greeting no how do you do nothing. I proceeded to give my order and he responded the whole time with questions in a rude manner like he did not want to be bothered making my order. I filed a complaint with Subway which got passed off by the francisee to the manager Kimberly who said there was no rude behavior and the guy was fine doing what he did. I will never go back knowing they are teaching there employees to act like they can't be bothered to serve the very people paying their checks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Mr.Hollywood is the best!! Always positive and fun and also makes the best sandwiches. Fresh ingredients always and the yummiest subs.

  Never had an issue before tonight. I always order online i was there in 15 minutes and watched her take 2 customer in front of my bread as it waited ... Will use Dillard from now on.

  I usually have great things to say about this location..but today I went in to grab a kids meal for my daughter. I have gotten kids meals from here many times. I was informed today that my daughters kids meal does not come with a drink. He said Applesauce and a bag of chips. Never have I ever gotten a bag of chips with my daughters kids meal. It has always been Applesauce and kids fruit punch or milk. Had me leave with bag of chips and Applesauce, said we have never offered that at our store. I have been here many many times and ordered the same exact thing. Even on app it shows what is included in kids meal.

  I was there to pick up a sandwich. While waiting a gentleman that seemed to be in charge by the name of James, was belittling/yelling, profanity, and just plan disrespectful at a very young female employee (minor) in front of the store and customers. The female employee seemed uncomfortable and embrassed, but maintained professionalism throughout.This is extremely unacceptable behavior!
