  I went to Clicked to upgrade my phone and had a very disappointing experience. The employee didn’t introduce himself, didn’t provide a name, and showed no interest in helping. Instead of assisting me, he just told me to scan a QR code and offered no guidance at all. On top of that, his behavior seemed very unusual and unprofessional, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This is not what I expect from a customer service experience. Very poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero effort to actually help the customer. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

  Love Cricket and the customer service that Mr. Lewis provided me was exceptional. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. He helped recover my Gmail information and I was able to get all my information to the new phone.
