  I came into this store 2 days ago to have my battery and alternator checked. There was a customer in front of me and I’m guessing he was the manager ( an older white man ) said he would be with me in a moment which I stated no worries take your time. As I was waiting the other employee ( Edwardo ) step up to the register asked how can he help me. I explained to him what I was there for. Right? So now another customer came in and Edwardo said to me let me take of this customer real quick then I’ll be right out to help you…. Now I’m waiting on Edwardo. Then he proceeds to take the next customer after that. Now I question him on why is he taking care of other customers when I was waiting on Edwardo to come outside to help me. Then the manager I believe stepped behind Edwardo and said yes that’s right anything that is free customers come last… like what kind of professionalism is this! So I asked him I thought you were coming to help me after the customer he took that came in after me? Edwardo explained to me that customers coming in for a free test or anything that was free are taken care of last! I explained to him that that was not told to me when you took care if the customer before me or after me. That is ridiculous! When I just spent $250 on an alternator that I believed to be faulty. This store has the rudest customer service and employees working in this store! Definitely get a 1 star review and the two gentlemen’s on duty that day 6/01/2026 need a retraining on customer service! Two thumbs down!

  Looking for wiper blades for 2018 Mazda cx 5. Walmart and Auto Zone didn't have them. Advance not only had them but put them on. Outstanding customer service.

  I have to give a 100% to ADDEN. HE'S REALLY AMAZING. VERY PATIENT WITH MY WIFE LIZ THAT COMES IN THERE AND IF SHE'S NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING HE WILL TAKE TIME TO LET HER CALL ME AND THEN HE WILL STEP IN AND HELP NO MATTER WHAT. HONESTLY AMAZING GUY. GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND I'M GLAD HE'S HERE. . THANK YOU FROM JAY!
