I NEVER write reviews but this location and specifically Ethan, were so magnificent it merits some praise. Definitely come here for auto issues. I came in for a battery replacement but was unable to locate the warranty bc I didn’t have the receipt or an account with the store. Ethan was a major problem solver and figured it out, all while handling other customers because it was fairly busy. The warranty had just expired but he genuinely offered me the best deal even offered a coupon which I appreciated very much. I also needed washer fluid and he filled it for me without me having to ask. As a woman who absolutely despises car issues and gets stressed just from putting air in my tires, this was so helpful and helped ease my stress from the battery situation. Highly recommend this place, Ethan is going places and deserves a raise. :)

At this moment, I’m the HAPPIEST customer that chose the right location to HELP me with my truck. What started with a scratch, and was made worse it’s basically GONE with the EXPERTISE of the associate at this particular location in Ocoee. His recommendation on the rub compound by TURTLE WAX was the right way to go. I will go back, and thank the associate in person because his HELP and knowledge was the BEST thing I could done. I will recommend this particular location to everyone, so don’t HESITATE and give this location and their knowledgeable associates a chance to HELP you.

Had a great experience on my first visit to this establishment. Dylan was the customer representative who not only assisted me, but also recommended great options to questions I had about my car. Thank you, Dylan, for your professionalism, kindness, and overall education on the products. Also, an honorable mention that the other representative who was also working with Dylan was great. The energy in the store was light and welcoming!
