  Amazing fast service. I was in the area and needed to print some documents for overnight shipping. Fast service and they did not even let me buy an envelope since UPS provides a free mailer. Thanks!!!!

  I went to this UPS to get a document notarized for my daughter’s visa application. The document was printed directly from my country’s embassy website and included an official English translation. However, the employee refused to notarize it simply because the original language of the document was not English. I explained that the document came from my country’s embassy and showed him that the English translation was clearly provided on the same document. I even showed him the exact same type of document that had been notarized at UPS, but he still refused. He said he did not care if another person had done it; he was not going to do it. He also suggested that I look for a place where people speak Spanish, even though the document was not in Spanish. I asked to speak with the manager, and he said that he was the manager and would not provide this service. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing notary services. The entire experience was frustrating. As a Latina, I felt that I was being treated differently because of my background.

  Very Helpful Staff, Specially "Angel" went above & beyond assit me! She was an *Angel* help me with difficult PDF Print Out! Also assit me with options to send Important Documents to Ft Lauderdale! Thank You so very much Angel & the Wonderful Staff at UPS Store🌹💖💖💖🌹

  Very busy. 10 people in line, 3 receivers. One was an Indian guy who was having trouble communicating with his client, so he was tied up the entire time and couldn't assist anyone else. Which caused a slowdown!

  Outstanding service at this UPS Store! I came in with a pile of online returns and was expecting a long, painful process. Instead, the staff scanned my QR codes, packed everything up, and had me out the door in under two minutes. They were incredibly fast, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be using this location for all my shipping needs!"
