Fantastic service! I brought in a package that needed custom wrapping and interior protection, and the team handled it perfectly. They packed it securely on the spot, got it shipped out fast, and it arrived in the same condition. Super friendly, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Shoutout to Roy, manager at this store. I came in needing to get my fingerprints done and send out a custom package to my daughters, and Roy helped me figure everything out without any stress. He made sure the fingerprinting was handled smoothly and took the extra time to help me box up and ship my package safely.
The store definitely gets busy and the lines can be long, but the staff is so super friendly that you really don't mind the wait. Great customer service like Roy's is hard to find these days, will definitely be coming back here!
I had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store recently. I needed to ship a special custom veteran flag to my grandkids, and the staff went above and beyond for me. At my request, they packaged everything carefully right in front of me so I could have complete peace of mind.
To top it off, they provided me with a chair and had someone stay by my side throughout the process. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the items entrusted to them. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I went to this UPS location today with my mother, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience because of one employee. I don’t remember her name, but she was an Indian lady working at the counter.
My mother’s phone is in Spanish because she doesn’t speak English, and the shipping information we showed her was also in Spanish. I was there to translate and help. I completely understand that it was our mistake for not having everything ready beforehand, and I know customer service can be stressful. I have worked in customer service myself, so I understand how exhausting it can be.
However, there is no excuse for treating customers the way she treated us. She was rolling her eyes, rubbing her forehead in frustration, giving us annoyed looks, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. We were polite, patient, and friendly the entire time, yet she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking for help.
When I was about to say something about her behavior, she suddenly became a little nicer, so I decided not to call her out in front of everyone. Still, the damage was already done.
It’s sad that one employee can ruin the reputation of an entire business. Because of this experience, we won’t be returning to this location. I’m leaving a one-star review solely because of the way this one employee treated us.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the fingerprinting services at this UPS Store location.
This is not an isolated incident. I personally had a negative experience when I was fingerprinted in April, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the same issues have continued while onboarding one of our new employees.
Our new hire was unable to reach the store by phone despite multiple attempts. To assist them, I called the location myself. My first call was disconnected before I was able to speak with anyone. After calling back multiple times (six attempts in total between multiple people), someone finally answered.
From the beginning of the conversation, the employee was unnecessarily rude when they answered before even getting a "Hello" and dismissive once I started asking questions. I politely asked what the latest time our new hire could arrive to complete fingerprinting. Instead of answering the question, I was interrupted and spoken over while being told what identification was required. I had to stop the employee and clarify that I was simply asking about the latest appointment time. The response I finally received was, "5:30 is the latest we will do it for them," delivered in a tone that was unprofessional and discourteous.
As a Store Manager, this is particularly frustrating because this location is the first interaction many of our new employees have during the onboarding process. Our company pays for this fingerprinting service, and the experience reflects poorly on our organization through no fault of our own. A routine administrative step should not leave new employees feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome.
I understand that customer-facing roles can be stressful, and I always try to extend patience and understanding. However, consistently being unable to reach the store by phone, having calls disconnected, and then being treated disrespectfully when someone finally answers is unacceptable.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to see improvements in both communication and professionalism. Every customer and every new employee going through this required process deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Especially considering the amount of personal information they must trust the staff with at this store. I will not be recommending this location to any of our staff moving forward. If working with people stresses you out this much, I'd highly suggest another line of work.
