Upon entering the store, the supervisor Sunny, immediately sensed the urgency and anxiety of the situation. Instead of simply pointing toward the self-service kiosks or reciting store policy, they took full ownership of the process. They stepped away from the counter to personally review my files, carefully assessing the resolution, color alignment, and paper stock needed for the envelopes.   Went there to drop off a package to be returned 2 days in a row was met with rudeness masked as politeness. Female with a tattoo on her throat counter person was sarcastic and snappy like just me being in there annoyed her. I should have learned not to come back there from the way she acted the day before. Today she let it all hang out even in front of other customers. There was no way to complain about her on the store website so ill do it here. Wish i could give 0 stars for hiring a person like that. I wish i knew what her problem was but unfortunately the best thing is to just never allow her to treat me like that again by going elsewhere

  OMG! I recently moved from Orange Park to Ocala. One of the few places I’ll miss is the store I used in OP because of the familial feeling of the staff at that store. Well, let me tell you … I have found that sense of family at the location on Maricamp! The hours are great, and my experience with the customer service has been PHENOMENAL during the multiple visits that I have already made. Today, I had the pleasure of working with JOSH. My experience was smooth and fast, and I feel like I’m in good hands. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff. Thank YOU, Josh, for being knowledgeable and taking care of business!

  Everybody, especially Josh, who helped me was truly Outstanding! He has the best and friendliest attitude, and when he had to ask the manager for something- she was great,too! It is so nice to have great customer service there- I wish all retail was so upbeat! They have won my business hands down.
