  Excellent customer service. All employees are so helpful and polite, but AJ is outstanding every time I’m in the store! She gets us in and out quickly and will help multiple customers by scanning the line and directing them to services that they don’t need to come to the counter for

  Every time I go to this UPS store, Xavier provides the most exceptional service. He is professional, knowledgeable, quick, a multitasker, and so much more. Thank you, Xavier, for the exceptional service every time. Thank you, ups store, for providing such a great teammate.

  Everyone is nice and very helpful. They are knowledgeable when it comes to different customer situations that a lot of customers are not aware of. One example: as I was waiting, a customer had a package they were returning. The customer did not realize they had not chosen the UPS Store. Therefore, the customer thought they needed to go home, change the return information and then come back to the UPS Store. Instead of having the customer be inconvenienced by doing that, the person helping them walked them through how to cancel the return and start over so that the package could be returned on the spot. This is what I consider to be impeccable customer service.

  I walked into this store and instead of continuing to put her package in the back she stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. Shakaina and AJ NEED A RAISE FOR PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
