⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to Sam! He was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. Sam made the entire process quick and stress-free while still taking the time to provide excellent customer service. Employees like Sam are the reason customers come back. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help really stood out. Management should absolutely recognize him for the level of service he provides. Sam is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Sam!
