  Absolutely outstanding service from Sunni at The UPS Store! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth, fast, and stress-free. I didn’t even have to wait in line, she immediately stepped in and personally helped me prepare my package with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. What truly stood out was her attitude. She was incredibly respectful, patient, and kept thanking me throughout the entire process, which made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, Sunni is a shining example of excellence. The UPS Store is lucky to have someone like her representing their business. She turned a simple errand into an amazing customer experience. If you ever visit this location, I truly hope you get helped by Sunni, she is phenomenal!
