  Store is welcoming and they made our visit effortless with packing, shipping 2 packages and returns. Associate was pleasant and guided me through the process. My new go to ups store! we will be back to open new mailbox with this location.

  I was happy to see the store open closer to the than the maricamp location, however this particular store is all about upcharging , charge me $2 for tape, they told me at one envelope with one sheet of paper was too bulky and had to put it in a different envelope. Which they wanted to charge me for this location is all about up charging not customer service. Beware beware. This is the 2nd time I've been told to put it into a box they charged me for. I'll go to the other location now. Clock is ticking in how long they will be in business
