  Ordered 2 12inch tuna subs from my app. Sent my kid in to get came out. I looked in bag hot charged for 2 12 inch got 2 6 inch really they did make it right.

  I placed an online order as I usually do at least two times a week at this location. My order was made incorrectly. The sandwiches were toasted when they shouldn't have been and both had incorrect toppings. I took the order back to location and asked that it be remade correctly without toasting and with the correct toppings according to the ticket. The little gray haired lady argued with me that she would not accept the uneaten sandwiches back to make new ones due to needing a manager approval. She argued that it was my own fault because supposedly I stood at the counter while she made them and I should have corrected her on site as she made the order. Um, no ma'am it was an online order, I did not watch you make it. She tried giving me a refund and sending me on my way. Its crazy she would offer me money back rather than just correct what she messed up. After going back and forth with this lady she finally said she would remake the food. Although I basically live across the street from this Subway, I will from now on go to the West Silver Springs Blvd location. Everyone at Circle K Subway is always rude, and inconvenienced. Please hire better help.
