  Wasn’t busy(2 ppl in front), but took 30 minutes to get meal. New employee serving with minimal to no guidance from other employee. Other employee was prepping instead of helping customers & new employee. Did not have all food choices (bread, meats, etc). We were expecting quick service while traveling, but was sooo slow, we were late. Suggest more supervised support for new employees and more attn to customers.

  Our sandwich artists were a lot of fun and the sandwich was fresh and top-notch.

  I went here in April 2026. Got a honey mustard chicken sub on multigrain bun with olives and spinach. Very good. Only one other customer at the time -- late afternoon -- so no delay.

  My bread was chewy an the side of taties was on top of the sandwich and made the whole top of bread soggy an requested honey mustard on my steak an they gave me reg mustard an the chicken on my other sub was cold still couldn't even eat my sandwich cause the bread was to hard to chew the guy at drive thru was great but the food fell way below my standards at that location will change the review if they can make it correctly tried to call the store three times every time no response so either I had the wrong number or they just was too busy to respond so I will leave this comment I feel it would have been better an could've been but they either was too busy or not paying attention
