  Why have a drive thru if you are going to get angry with people using it. Guy was furious that I drove up to the drive thru window after not getting a response at the box.

  3 employees and not one greeted us and they all handled drive thru without even acknowledging the people on the store. One girl one put cookies up. My advice- drive to the next subway cause this one is terrible

  Wasn’t busy(2 ppl in front), but took 30 minutes to get meal. New employee serving with minimal to no guidance from other employee. Other employee was prepping instead of helping customers & new employee. Did not have all food choices (bread, meats, etc). We were expecting quick service while traveling, but was sooo slow, we were late. Suggest more supervised support for new employees and more attn to customers.
