Muy mala experiencia en Subway. La asistente llamada Mia nos atendió de una manera extremadamente ruda desde el principio. Cada vez que le hacíamos una pregunta, respondía con mala actitud y sin interés en ayudar.
Además, dejó mi pan esperando hasta ponerse completamente frío mientras atendía a otras personas que llegaron después de nosotros, en lugar de terminar nuestra orden primero para que pudiéramos comer la comida caliente.
Cuando llegamos a la parte de los vegetales y toppings, también hubo mala actitud y poca disposición para escuchar cómo queríamos nuestro pedido preparado. Lo peor de todo es que hasta mi hija de 9 años notó lo incómoda y grosera que estaba siendo la atención.
Uno entiende que todos pueden tener días difíciles, pero el servicio al cliente y el respeto deberían mantenerse siempre, especialmente cuando una familia viene a comer tranquila. Definitivamente fue una experiencia muy desagradable.

Placed an online pickup order and app said order was ready. Arrived at location and there was no bread so the employee could not make the order. Employee said to contact customer service for a refund/cancelation, I will remove this review if I get the refund.

I have ordered online twice now at this location. The first time they left out half our order. Luckily I caught it before leaving. This time they got the order completely wrong. The receipt was correct so I got all the way home, opened it up and none of the stuff on my sandwich was correct! I got all things I didn't order! When I arrived to pick up my order the two people at the counter were making change at the register and it took a minute for them to even acknowledge me. I took off all the condiments and added some I had at home because I was not going all the way back! I will not be using this establishment again!!!

So this is now the 3rd time I’ve come to this subway to eat that I have been told either she had so many mobile orders it would take her an hour before she could make us a sub the second time she said she had too many mobile orders now today it was I only have flatbread as we watch her pull out all the other breads. I am highly dissatisfied with this location now for the third time she’s the girl with purple hair
