  Placed an order thru Grub Hub. Portion was very small and ice cold when it arrived. Totally disappointed

  I come here all the time for my break and I usually go in and order but this time I did a online order for it to be quicker , I accidentally put that I wanted mayonnaise but I can’t have mayonnaise and I explained it to the sandwich artist lady and she storms off and gets her manager , the manager looks at me and rolls her eyes and she yells at me and said “this is wasteful now I have to make a new sandwich because of what u did and proceeds to say we made it how u asked and I kept apologizing and she just kept degrading me literally over a sandwich . She doesn’t know the type of day I had and I don’t know the type of day she’s had but that is not a way to talk to someone over a little mistake . And she says I do this all the time when I don’t even order online I usually go in but it’s okay I’ve always tipped them and said there customer service is great not anymore you have lost a customer for good 😒

  Stop to get a flatbread sub and just cause I asked for my mayo to be put on the bread before the eggs and steak. She acted like it made her mad so she put too much mayo and put very little meat. Very not nice at all I've had the sandwich before and was way better. The person behind us she was nice and friendly. Just because we wanted something different doesn't give someone the right to act rude. This is why I don't like going out people r just rude and disrespectful to the elders and anyone. Want be going back there.
