  Came in at 8 20pm tonight and no one was there to serve. Waited 5 minutes and shouted anybody there with no answer. Went to taco bell instead.

  Walked in at 9:20 and the first thing I heard from the woman standing behind the counter on the phone was “don’t you just love when customers come in RIGHT when we open” and rolled her eyes. Turned right back around, because what? My bad, I didn’t realize people weren’t allowed to come in and order food while you’re actively open. I will never return to this location.

  Since moving to the area, I’ve started visiting this location and have been impressed by how clean and inviting it is. As a Subway fan for over 30 years, I appreciate that the staff typically makes sandwiches with care and maintains a personable, professional attitude. However, my last visit was a bit frustrating. I tried to use a '2 footlongs for $12.99' coupon and requested one be made as a wrap. An associate informed me that wraps were excluded, and also stated that I couldn't split the payment between two cards—both of which seemed incorrect. I reached out to the District Manager via the contact info on my receipt, and he was excellent. He clarified that wraps and sandwiches are interchangeable for that coupon and that he would be updating the staff on these policies. While the initial information was inaccurate, the quick and efficient follow-up from management ensures I’ll keep coming back.
