This location of Subway has a serious staffing problem, and it shows every time you walk in. During busy hours, there are clearly not enough employees scheduled to handle the volume, which leaves the workers overwhelmed, stressed, and understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, that stress often comes across in their attitude toward customers.
I don’t blame the employees—I’d probably be just as unpleasant if I were overworked and underpaid—but it’s obvious the owners are choosing not to properly staff the store. The result is slow service, a tense environment, and an overall poor experience. Until management fixes the staffing issue, this place will continue to struggle.
