  I always do mobile orders because I typically have my dogs with me. This location has a touchscreen order pad with a help button. I pushed the help button to no avail so tried the touchscreen, it didn't have a mobile order or online order pick up button so I pressed the call button again. The "sandwich artist" responded and when I told her I was there to pick up, I got " I'm still making it" in a tone with so much attitude that I was completely caught off guard. She did tell me I could pull to the window as well, but I was sincerely taken back by the initial tone. I work in the service industry and I know some days can be a lot, but to take it out on someone that honestly didn't know what to do is just uncalled for. She was sweet to my dogs when we were leaving, but all I got was here you go.

  no one would come serve us they were in the back doing dishes whe I said hello they yelled back ill be out with a horrible attitude never came out so we left.
