  1.No cubren las garantías 2. Nunca tienen las partes .3 el personal es poco profesional a la hora de solicitar una parte no saben ni lo que venden es mas fácil decir no hay o no existe los mas mas malo es que el precio es totalmente alto a comparación de otros auto partes . NO CUBREN GARANTÍAS

  Honestly raul was a 10/10 I needed a simple part to my car and he helped me out more then expected knowing I was on a time crunch !! Big shout out to him and his eagerness to help me in such a short time. He went out of his way to put the part in my car when all I asked for were a tool set to purchase. If you ever are in need please ask for raul !!!!

  I got a battery from advanced auto parts, contacted advanced about warranty battery isn’t even one year old and had a bad cell they told me battery has a two year free replacement but because I can’t find the receipt they are refusing to warranty battery. Contacted corporate and they told me they will not honor the warranty disgusting what they charge for a battery and refuse to stand behind I will never use them again. My advice spend your money with a reputable company that stands behind there products contacting better business hopefully they will stop these crooks.

  Went to Advance Auto Parts today, after my battery failed to start my car. A quick boost from my charger made the car start. A big thanks goes out to the counter person "Holly" for selling and installing the battery. Excellent customer service on her part.
