  Michael H. at this store # 5089 was very helpful. He looked some things up for my car in the computer and checked my battery. Even though the battery was not quite ready to be changed he was fine checking it for me. Because of his good attitude I will definitely buy it from this store.

  I shredded the U-joint knuckle off my axle and I needed a rear seal for the new axle. I broke the housing on the old one and it wasn't looking good for me. Then these guys came through! With the help of my A.I. Chat we were able to find the part number and located them in house. I was so thankful since I was trying to get the project finished before I had surgery the next day. Got everything put back together around midnight and made it in for my surgery with questions of what I did for a living cuz my hands were covered in grease still I couldn't get it off even with all the medical soap lol 😂😆

  I had a great experience thanks to Luis. He was running the front counter by himself, helping multiple customers, and had several battery installs lined up. Despite how busy it was, he stayed professional and made sure to help me install my battery without cutting corners. That level of dedication is rare and definitely deserves recognition! Will be coming back for sure.
