  Placed and order online due to coupon. Prior to placing the order I called the store to verify they had the item I gave the young man the part he said yes they have it. So we drove 17miles each way and when we got home we found the box for the part was empty. They had sold us the display which was an empty box. So we had to drive back and they did not even have the product in stock. So 2 hours and 3 gallons of gas and no product. Two clerks were they one just kept blaming the other. I got the impressing better training is needed. This was Sunday 6/7 first time 11:38 name on receipt is Manny R.

  The gentleman who installed them was really great, however Latoya is extremely rude and we found out she is that way to many people. She should not be working at a service counter!

  Battery tester was broken. Wasted a drive out of my way to get it tested. They had advertisement all over the windows including multiple about free battery testing but obviously that is false.

  Get 2 wiper blades for my truck and the lady was there walking around with no shoes on and this its not the first time i seen her like that the only employee who do that management need to do something.. not looking good for customers she also go outside and install em with no shoes
