  Went to Advance Auto Parts on 14th street in Ocala went to open the door and it was locked because they were closed but the manager came to the door and let me in and did my return right there on the spot I will never go to another advanced auto part again that store is amazing I give it 10 thumbs app and I thank them so much for not letting me go home and come back the next day they were great

  Talk about sticker shock! How is this place still in business? Way overpriced items where you can buy much cheaper any place else! I received a gift card that's the only reason I was there.

  5 stars service. Ed was the best. He went above and beyond for a battery swap. I needed a new battery. I thought it would be an easy swap. Yeah, no. The battery Ed originally installed in my Buick Lucerne did not start the car. DieHard 78FT2 After a few phone calls to other stores in the area, and after another battery swap; we finally got the issue resolved. After everything was finished, this store has a new satisfied customer. I'm already back on the road. Thanks again Ed.

  Ed is one of the men working there and he went above and beyond to help a stressed out mama that broke down from a dead battery with a 6 month old baby. I was so stressed out and had no help but he kept on with different jumper cables till he got me going again. I'll only shop at this advanced!
