  Today on 8-6-26 I was getting out of my car and noticed a store employee by the name of Ron. He was walking in and I ask him if he can please take my recycle oil. However, he just told me to fallow him inside . We walk in and approach the counter and he still continue to walk around the counter towards the back and I ask him should I put the oil on the counter. He stated with an angry look that I had to pour the oil into a tank in the store myself and also take the empty container back with me. I explained that as a customer the company does not allow anyone in the back of counter due to safety policies to both the employees and customers falling over parts or being rob by someone with bad intentions. He stated it’s a company policy that the customer is required to empty the oil and take empty containers afterwards. I have worked in auto parts stores as a counter sales representative. I was always told not to have anyone behind the counter due to accidents and lawsuits. I was also a manager in the usps sales window and i never allow anyone beyond the counter. This is a bad policy of advance if Mr. Ron is correct. The company should take safety precautions in regards to having customers walking behind counter for any reason. Mr. Ron was not a pleasant person from the beginning and training is a big part of a company to achieve their yearly goals of customer satisfactions. Any customer could fall and get hurt over a battery or mufflers on floors. As a prior auto parts employee I know there’s a lot of parts and other things that can cause an accident. If this policy is true it would be best to change it for the safety of the customer and employees. Thank you for your time in reading my complaint comments

  I went for a battery replacement and was greeted with the best customer service I've received in a long time. Lydia checked my old battery and was able to confirm I needed a new one, which luckily was under warranty. Kamenauth Dat quickly went outside and replaced the battery for me. They were both super friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They are both an asset to this location.
