  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this UPS Store! Diego, Armando, and Reagan provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and careful with my items. They made the entire process quick and completely stress-free. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my shipping and Amazon related needs. Highly recommended!

  Had a great experience with Armando who was handling heavy customer/guest/visitor traffic while simultaneously completing fingerprints for myself and others. He was very calm/patient and accommodating to myself and the other customers/guests/visitors. My fingerprint session hit a technological roadblock as the network had trouble connecting upon submission. Armando took my contact information at my request and then true to his word he followed up with me to confirm the submission of my fingerprints were successful. Armando displayed the type of system knowledge, calm under pressure, and business focused mindset worthy of a store manager. If he isn't already one, lets see to it that Armando is promoted within the territory ASAP!

  Armando at UPS was awesome to work with. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He made the whole process quick and stress-free while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Armando is definitely an asset to UPS and deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. 5 stars!
